How can I check the quality of RTO resources?

How are your resources validated?

All our RTO resources, Training Packages, and Assessment Resources are validated to meet compliance guidelines. We have an extensive validation process in place. Each resource is developed by a subject matter expert then sent to compliance experts for validation. The resources are then formatted according to the latest style guide. Once the format is complete, all the resources are double-checked for quality and compliance requirements again. The finalised resources are then ready for delivery.

Can you provide validation documents?

According to SRTOs 2015 (ASQA Requirements), RTO needs to validate the training product with the student assessment, so VET Resources pre-validation will not fulfill that requirement. If you still need the validation document, then contact our team, and you may need to pay additional fees of $50 for each unit of competency.

What does an Assessment Kit include?

The assessment kit compromises of the following files:

Trainer assessment pack: It includes the knowledge questions, practical tasks which students must perform. The trainer pack has the benchmark answers so that the trainer can mark the student based upon those benchmark answers.

Student assessment pack: It contains knowledge questions and practical tasks that students must complete and perform to get their results.

Unit mapping document: The mapping document explains how the knowledge questions and practical tasks are mapped to the performance criteria, performance evidence, and knowledge evidence.

Unit information pack: It contains information about the units and what resources are required to complete the assessment.

Additional documents – These are other supporting documents that the student can refer to complete their assessment. It may contain policies and procedures, templates, and feedback forms.

Is it possible to contextualise the purchased resources?

Yes, it is possible to contextualise the RTO resources as per your requirements. For further and detailed information on contextualisation requirements, you can refer to the license agreement.

Do you provide audit assistance in case of compliance issues?

Yes, we do.  All VET Resources materials come with an Audit Assistant Guarantee with no additional cost to your RTO. If the provided resources have not been altered, we will challenge or rectify any issues during the audit. Please visit our Audit Assistance page for

I have feedback on a product I have purchased. What should I do?

At VET Resources, we believe in continuous improvement, so if you have any feedback related to the product, please email us at support@vetresources.com.au, and we will get back to you.

How do I use my resources if the link expires?

We give access to the link for 30 days; you can download the resources at any stage in that time frame. But, if the link expires, you can give us a call or email us with your order details; we can again generate a new link and send it to you to access the resources.

In what format will I receive the resource files?

The files are in word (.docx) format and PowerPoint (.ppt) format.

When will I receive the resources after I have placed the order?

It will usually take 2-4 working days to receive the resource files. However, if you need them earlier, please contact us at support@vetresources.com.au or call us at 1800 959 958.

We need to create selected elective units. Can you help?

Is it possible to make changes to my purchased order?

Yes, you can make changes to your purchased order before its delivery. After the delivery of the products, we are unable to amend your order.

How will I get logins to the simulated workplace(s) website?

You can find the login details for the simulated workplace website in the trainer pack. We also have created a simulated business website information document that will give you the information on operating the website.

Are all your resources compatible with online learning?

Yes.  All our resources are in .doc and .ppt files so that you can upload all the content on your Learning Management System.

Do you provide scorm packages?

Yes, we do have the SCORM package. Contact us now for more details.

Are any EMI payment plans available, or the order is to be paid in full?

How do I pay for my order?

Refund & Return

What is your refund/return policy?

We deliver our resources through a digital format so you can download the resources quickly and efficiently.

  • If you purchased the RTO resources and Training Materials from our website and changed your mind prior to delivering the resources, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email us at support@vetresources.com.au.
  • If the resources have been delivered to you through email, Google or Dropbox link or shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to give a refund.
  • Please refer to our ‘Quality Assurance‘ if you are not satisfied with the product.
  • VET Resources will deliver your purchased RTO resources, Assessment kits and Training Materials or units of competency etc. via email or Google link in 2 to 4 business days after the payment. If you need resources asap, then call 1800 959 958.

What happens when the resources I bought get superseded?

If your purchased resources are superseded and equivalent, then you will get updated resources at minimal cost according to our schedule. If purchased resources are non-equivalent, then you will have to re-purchase the resources. As an existing client, you will get the resource at a discount.
