His background includes auditing and consulting with Private RTOs, TAFEs, and Enterprise RTOs across Australia, helping them achieve compliance and implement quality management systems. His vast experience includes:
- Serving as Professional Development Coordinator at TAFE Queensland, where he led compliance and development programs.
- Founding Australia’s first high-tech training centre for printing and graphic arts.
- Experience as an ASQA Auditor, providing him with an in-depth understanding of compliance from the inside.
